Conduct on campus is governed by the college rules and the code of conduct approved by the governing body. The summary below is for guidance; the signed rulebook available from the college office is the authoritative version.
General conduct
- Students carry their identity card on campus at all times and produce it on request.
- Attendance requirements follow the affiliating university’s rules; shortfall affects examination eligibility.
- Ragging in any form is prohibited and is reported to the anti-ragging committee.
- Mobile phones are to be switched off during class and in the library.
- Damage to college property is charged to the student responsible.
Committees
The college constitutes an anti-ragging committee, an internal complaints committee and a grievance redressal committee at the start of each session. Members and contact details are published on the notice board and on this website.
