About the College
Founded under the Krishna Education Society, on a multi-acre campus at Kosli.
Krishna Degree College was established in 2012 by the Krishna Education Society, which has worked in education in the region for two decades.
The college stands on a sprawling multi-acre campus offering a tranquil and picturesque environment for learning. Surrounded by greenery and well-maintained sports grounds, the campus supports academic and extracurricular activity alike. As a co-educational institution, Krishna Degree College works to keep an inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration, respect and holistic development.
How we teach
The college is known not only for academic rigour but for discipline and a steady commitment to quality education. Teaching combines established methods with contemporary practice, so that the curriculum gives students both theoretical grounding and the practical skills they need after graduation. The emphasis throughout is on critical thinking, creativity and problem solving.
Beyond the syllabus
Seminars, conferences, workshops, guest lectures and field visits run alongside coursework. Extracurricular and co-curricular activities are treated as part of the education rather than an addition to it, and are where most students first take on responsibility for organising something themselves.
Technology in the classroom
Classrooms are equipped for modern teaching, and the college runs self-paced learning programmes, online assessment, continuous evaluation and e-learning modules. Students have access to a virtual library and online resources that support independent study.
The aim is straightforward: graduates who are ready for further academic work, for professional life, and for the responsibilities of citizenship.
